Frequently Asked Questions
Do you work with clients on personal or professional matters?
We coach team members through all areas of life, so the answer is both! Some dreamers are laser-focused on their careers while others have personal challenges they want to address. Dreams are only limited by the dreamer, so we tackle any area of life in which a team member wants to experience growth and change.
How is Dream Again different from other coaching programs?
Our Certified Dream Coach will spend 3 initial sessions aimed at getting to know the head and heart of each team member.
Coaches then partner with participants to discover what major gaps exist in their life and create a plan through dream coaching to help them step into the life they desperately desire to live.
Will achieving my dreams make me a happier person?
😊 We work to help participants understand their purpose. The purpose of life is not happiness. Happiness is a byproduct of investing in others and reaping the joy that comes with living a missional life. We have witnessed elevated levels of happiness in participants, and while that is not the goal, it seems to be a consistent outcome.
Will this coaching journey help me fall in love with life again?
Life is challenging. For most, life can seem uncontrollable and tends to deliver both joy and disappointment. A life lived on mission tends to bring more fulfillment and happiness can be an outcome of missional living.
We believe that those who choose to identify and actualize their dreams find a renewed sense of awe for life itself. As participants work with a coach, they tend to lean into that renewed awe and indeed fall more deeply in love with life.
Will you hold me accountable for my dreams?
This is a challenging answer to give. We bring an equal measure of encouragement and accountability to the disciplines and plans articulated by our participants.
Our goal is to assist them in building their dreams, remind them of their commitments and offer a healthy check-up on the status of those plans with consistency.
So, will your coach hold participants accountable? Yes. Will participants be required to put in the work? Absolutely, yes. Will dreams auto-magically become reality? No, not without a participant’s focus and dedication to become all that they were created to be.
